Metadata Schema and DAM for Global Production Studio

We developed a comprehensive metadata model, enhanced content and data flow to enable efficient data stewardship capabilities. Rights management and a distribution platform were created for a seamless user experience, compliance assurance, enhanced P&L reporting as well as an effective governance structure, which is extensible for future distribution channels.
